Evidence For Atheists

I am not naive to think anything I will say can convert a non-believer instantly. So this blog is simply about why not believing isn’t logical with science or physical life. That may seem like an illogical statement, since we cannot physically see the God of Creation. Although the Bible clearly says He is invisible but, we can know of His existence by the things we can see.

Romans 1:20 “For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.”

Not being able to see something, does not mean it doesn’t exist. Show me what Wi-Fi looks like? How do radio waves appear to look?

Simply being able to see something visually doesn’t prove the things we can’t see do not exist.

Besides seeing doesn’t mean those who have seen will believe and obey, for example; when reading the Old Testament we see this verse many times…

Judges 2:11 “And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of Yehovah, and served Baalim.”

Over and over Israel seen miraculous signs and wonders. Even seen the glory of God at Mount Saini. All this visual demonstration did not cause them to believe and obey.

Perhaps this is why He will not perform as many visual signs as to His validity. We are to look at what has been made (Humans, animals, nonliving material and the sun moon and stars)

Another way He can be declared is prophecy. Prophecy also played a crucial role in my conversion. For a book to be so accurate about future events must mean it has a divine origin. No other book on the planet has prophecies with 100% accuracy.

So far this probably will not compel anyone to have a belief in God. So let’s get a little more technical. Could a computer build its own components and write its own code? Let’s see what one of the biggest names in the computer industry has to say about DNA.

“DNA is like a computer program but far, far more advanced than any software ever created.”

DNA is the genetic code the Creator used to make everything that is needed to make another human being. Like the computer, the Creator of the universe is not confined to the creation He created. A computer is designed with complex material and parts, just like every person ever made.

By realizing that complex material cannot build itself. We have “no excuse” as told to us in the Book of Romans.

Another indicator of Yehovah’s reality is in something called “symbiotic Relationships”

This means two separate living things need each other for survival. For example the honey bee and the flower. The bee is essential for pollination of flowers. Without pollination flowers would not be able to grow. So which evolved first, the honey bee or the flower in the evolutionary model? Another example is the always pesky termite.

The termite cannot digest the wood which it consumes. So how does it digest the wood, you ask?

When termites munch on wood, it feeds a community of microbes living in their guts. In a process called acetogenesis, some of these microbes turn the hard, fibrous material into a nutritious meal for the termite host.

Who evolved first? The termite who needs to eat to survive or the bacteria which needs a host body to survive? Or is it much more plausible they were designed together.

Another example of symbiotic relationship is between oxygen breathing organism (Humans and animals) and the plant life which breathes in the carbon dioxide given off by living things.

Now let’s also look at seemingly pointless things to have if we evolved from nonliving material. Our senses! Why would need senses if all we need to do is consume food to live. Why need taste buds which have many different possibilities for enjoyment? Why be able to look at the sunrise and marvel at the beauty? Why have such a heightened sense of smell or sensations due to touching?

It would make more sense to not have these aspects. Why or how do we evolve love or compassion? If a computer is designed to only eat, sleep and copy itself. What's the use of having so many other pleasures involved; when they're not needed for survival?

Why do we have an instinct for shame and embarrassment? No other creature is as aware of themselves as the human race. Dogs, cats, fish etc… All have no problem doing things which most people find disgusting and repulsive. Why if we all came from the same place by evolving is man so different?

How come there is not a smarter dogs or bird which can create a symphony or beautiful art work for other animals to enjoy?

Evolution has the concept that some have to die in order for any to thrive and survive. Which is the opposite of what needs to happen to bring about diversity. That is taking away from the variety in the gene pool not adding to it. For example: There is 2 types of dogs

Two have long hair.

Two have short hair.

Now one long haired dogs and one short haired dogs travel to a cold area and have babies. Some of the puppies come out with long hair and some with short hair. The ones with long hair survive the cold, while the short haired ones cannot survive due to the hostile conditions.

The opposite scenario happens in an extremely hot region. This caused the short haired dogs to live and the long hair dogs to die. What evolution truly happened here? None, Now what would happen if the short haired dogs became prey to another animal? Now you're stuck with just long haired dogs. Again,no evolution; but a loss in the genetic material for that particular animal.

The scientists will come up with a philosophy like evolution without any true evidence, only skeptical theories.

Colossians 2:8 “See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Messiah.” So let's just ask the Messiah then.

Matthew 19:4 "Yeshua answered, "Have you not read that from the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female'

Evolution is just as much as a religion as faith in Yehovah. No one has ever seen the origins of life, nor has anyone ever created life from nonliving material. If life came about by accident then surely scientist with superior intellect and endless resources can create something which happened by accident. Yet, it has never been witnessed.

What we do witness is that when an animal has a baby, it reproduces after its kind. What does Yehovah says will happen when an animal has offspring?

Genesis 1:24” Then Elohim said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth after their kind"; and it was so.”

Using our observational skills, all we see is exactly what Yehovah said would happen when animals reproduce. For much more information on creation, visit the “Creation Vs Evolution” tab.

I am aware this will probably not compel any unbeliever to see the truth in Yehovah. If that’s the case. Do what I did and try and prove the Bible wrong. Really, really try! Take a full year and try to dismantle the Bible. Look into what the kings, queens, presidents, prime ministers and powerful people of this world believe. Then ask yourself “Why do they take their religion so serious, but promote to the masses a fantasy of evolution?”

Then ask yourself “Why am I not taking the opposite of their position seriously?”
